The chickens decided that it was time they stop and gain control of themselves. They decided they would end the siege and have peace for a while. When the turkeys heard about this they were very happy. Finally the turkeys and chickens had gotten along together. As the story goes it became even better.

The turkeys were watching with hope as the farmer was building something. Their wishes were granted as the wooden frame turned into a new feed barn which read, "Turkeys Only!"
