The glade lies quiet and free,
Peace, delight, and tranquility.
Leaves of gold and vines of brass,
A creek flows cool and smooth as glass.
Fairy dust upon the ground,
Delicate fruits plump and round.
Toadstools sparkle like rubies rare,
Woodland beings stop and stare.
Forest nymphs peer from behind elm trees,
With pointed ears, their steps at ease.
Immeasurable canyons with massive walls,
From them spill gentle waterfalls.
A unicorn samples a daisy fair,
Brilliant sun combs her silver hair.
Creatures stand, Let silence fill,
Possess the quiet which holds them still.
