Once there was a city that
was peaceful and quiet. But then a big, blue, many small horned, killer,
gigantic, monster known as the creature of horns destroyed the city. The
creature ate everyone in the town except for 32 kids. The kids were known as
The Towners because they started a new town after their old one was destroyed.
The kids' ranks were:

3: Peanut Dixet
4: Frankie Natoli
5: Ethan Lafontaine
AL1: Michael Esposito
AL2: Jeffrey Bolton
And the army was everyone
else.
One day The Towners were
walking through Towntown. All of a sudden 4 disappeared into thick air.
"Split up and we'll find him sooner," said 1 "Anyone who finds
anything will send off four beeps. Anyone in danger will send off one beep. If
anyone disappears and they know it will send off two beeps. O.K. Let's move
it."
1 went into Cavecave and
immediately fell into a hole. When 1's eyes accustomed to the dark he noticed a
passageway. 1 quickly sent off four beeps and started down the passageway. It
didn't take long for 2, 3, and 5 to find the passageway. But 1 was already far
into it.
As 1 was walking he heard
footsteps coming from behind. 1 stood there waiting (for he thought it was 2,
3, and 5). All of a sudden when the footsteps were right behind him, a hand
clapped over his mouth, two arms trapped his arms, two arms grabbed his legs,
and he was blindfolded. In a couple of minutes he felt his hands being tied
behind his back. Then he was tied to a chair. Then his legs were tied together.
Then the hand came off of his mouth and he was about to yell "HELP!"
at the top of his lungs but before he had a chance his mouth was taped shut and
a cloth was tied over the tape. Then he heard the screams and cries of 2, 3,
and 5 way off in the distance.
1 sat there frozen. Then
someone unbound him. 1 spun around to find 4, AL1 and AL2. "Hi," said
1 and 4 at the same time. "Let's go before they come back," said 1.
"Good idea," said 4. "Only one problem, we have to go up."
"Who cares?" said 1. "I've got a gadget that teleports us to
wherever we want." "Just press this button and... ...1, 4, AL1, AL2,
Secret Fort!" In a bright flash they appeared in The Towners secret fort.
2, 3, and 5 were already there. "According to my watch it's ten o'clock
P.M.," said 2. "Well let's retire then," suggested l.
"PEELS!" he shouted. And they fell asleep instantly. Around eleven
o'clock P.M. 1 felt a tingling sensation all over and he dropped from a cloud
onto a sleeping giant. When he pulled himself to his feet he realized he had
fallen from a dreamcloud. He tried himself out. He realized he could do
anything. He flew to 2's dreamcloud to see what 2 was dreaming.
1 heard a soft pop as he
entered the dreamcloud. 2 wasn't anywhere in sight when 1 got there but he was
sure 2 was there. "Hmmmmmmmmmm. Maybe he's in the trees," thought 1.
Sure enough, 2 was in the trees about five minutes into them. When 2 saw 1 he
said, "What are you doing in my dream?" Then 1 said, "What are
you doing in your dream anyway?" "Well what do you think I'm doing?
I'm looking at trees!" Before 1 could do anything he woke up.
1 realized it was digging
time in eighteen minutes so he went downstairs to have breakfast. When he got
there no one was down there. All of a sudden there was a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
YOUR TEN!" and 1 opened his presents as he ate breakfast.
