Welcome to the StudentLibrary.net!!! We are endeavoring to build an educational, multi-lingual Internet Library of stories and artwork by and for students grades one through college.

Our premise is that at the foundation of every great idea, every great work, and every great expression of who we are, or what we seek to accomplish, is the pen. The Library exists for this purpose, to help you excel in written communication, because if you master the pen, you will do masterfully well.

The StudentLibrary is the high school and college extension of the BooksByChildren Internet Library. The library offers a full range of education resources important to every student, but its primary objective is to help students excel in written expression of their ideas.

Students may submit written works produced as a normal part of class requirements, but corrected in accordance with any teacher comments. They may also submit works produced outside of school. Prizes and scholarships will be announced and awarded as funds are available, but today the StudentLibrary has generated nearly $25,000 in scholarships, cash prizes and recognition awards to students and their schools.

For additional enjoyment, audio will be added to some submissions, and in some cases in more than one language, so that others may hear a story read while they read it; these are featured in the Read-To-Me and Other Languages volumes.

There is no cost to you or your school to enter your work in this Internet Library, but the rewards can be significant. For more on prizes and writing scholarships being awarded, please see Prizes & Scholarships, or click here for a Submission Form.

For those aspiring to great accomplishments, we offer you the opportunity to present your works to the world. First, through publishing on the Internet all submissions, subject only to content restrictions and our capacity to process what we receive.

Remember that for most, success depends far more on attitude and effort, than it does on ability. So whatever you do, be the best you can be. Make it your goal to enjoy learning and sharing with others, and encourage as many as you can to help us build this Library.
